Welcome to InResidence

In Residence Ltd specialises in bespoke property management and finding services. Our core business is residential block management.

The team has strong residential and commercial property industry expertise including: block management, residential investing and sourcing.

Having established our Northwest business we have recently expanded our business to include the fast growing East Midlands region, cities such as Nottingham and Derby in particular have received considerable investment recently with ambitious new development projects.

Property Management

We manage varying property types depending on your needs, from bespoke residential and mixed-use block management for property developers to management of residential care homes and individual houses for small investors. Unlike some of our competitors, property management is our core business.

Block Management

This is the upkeep of property with shared or communal living. Usually blocks of flats (hence ‘block’ management) where residents live in either privately owned or rented units.

Property Finding

In Residence Property Finding consultants assist you with every detail of your residential property finding search. Whether you are planning to buy a new home, investment property or seeking a project to work on - we are here to provide you with a bespoke service tailored to your needs. Unlike an estate agent, we work with you, the buyer - not the seller - to get you the best deal.
